To harvest the sweetest possible fruit, you should choose a sunny location for raspberries. The harvest time of raspberries begins in June.
They are mostly eaten fresh but are also ideal for garnishing dishes such as rice pudding, creamy desserts and ice cream.
Raspberries are best eaten immediately or stored unwashed in the fridge for a maximum of one to two days.
