Cultivation & harvest

Cultivation of bunch carrots is carried out in a sandy-loamy soil, with a loose texture and a high percentage of humus. The location is chosen as sunny as possible. Carrots are harvested from March to November.

Use

Bunched carrots have many uses in the kitchen. However, they are mostly used as a vegetable accompaniment.

Storage

After purchase, the green of the bunch carrots should be removed directly. Afterwards, the orange beets will keep for several days in the vegetable compartment of the refrigerator. Our tip for special freshness: If carrots are wrapped in a damp kitchen towel, the shelf life can be additionally extended.
